We found out yesterday that we won't be leaving as early as we thought! Because of the delay in MY medical clearance they asked that we move our report no later than date.. I was so relieved when they approved us for another 15 days in the states! My original thought was that they would go ahead and send Jery and I would stay here until we could get everything worked out, but apparently the military wants to keep us together!! YAYY!!!
Basically timing has not been on our sides throughout this entire process.. We got all of my paperwork turned in and everything was "approved".. but the date they gave us was actually our wedding date.. and they don't have anyone doing this type of meeting this week so we have to wait until next.. This might sound like no big deal.. but it is actually a major problem..
We cannot make an appointment for the movers without orders, we cannot do anything with the car without orders, we cannot cancel any of our contracts without orders... basically this one piece of paper is pretty powerful.. and not getting it until next week doesn't give us enough time to get the moving/car situation taken care of! So they have given us another 15 days to get everything taken care of!
God is so good. His timing is perfect, and His peace surpasses all understanding.
